Abstract

Zara, a popular fast-fashion brand, operates under the Inditex group. Rooted in Spain, the company sought expansion and gradually worked its way into the international market. Utilizing vertical integration, the company provides swift production cycles in order to appeal to customer demands. This strategic audit analyzes Zara by comparison to rival competitors, a PESTEL test, Porter’s Five Forces, and highlights possible future challenges.
