Student training is an important component of INTSORMIL UNL-SUA-UNZA project. One current project, "Measurement of Starch Digestibility in Starch and Flour from Tannin containing Sorghum" by N.L. Mkandawire, C.L. Weller, D.J. Rose, and D.S. Jackson, is outlined in this presentation.
