Abstract
In 2010, more people got their news online than in print. The 24/7 news cycle presents new challenges for editors, who strive to be accurate but face constant deadlines and public expectations of immediacy. Basic journalism principles remain the same for editors working with digital media, but posting news quickly online means learning new tools and forms.
