Abstract

This piece explores the discriminatory housing policy of 2010 in Fremont, NE, and its effect on the immigrant community living in the city. Fremont has been a historically predominantly white city, but the community is now 15% Latino in 2022. While there are factors challenging the Latino community, they are working to make a home in Fremont.
