Abstract

Skills are very essential for every professional, which help them to deliver services on time and in efficient manner to their users. In this article skills of the Library and Information Science Professionals of Dr. B. R. Amberdkar Central Library, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi has been evaluated based on the predefined skills required for the LIS professionals in new age’s library. It has been noticed that the LIS professional of this library has up to date their skills as per the demand of digital age.
