Abstract
The paper presents the results of a survey on the usefulness of the services offered by Pakistan Library Automation Group (PakLAG). A questionnaire was distributed to participants (n=207), who included LIS practitioners, faculty, and students. Most respondents found PakLAG services very useful for their work. They praised the PakLAG's efforts to help the library community in using ICTs and gave many suggestions to improve services.
