Abstract
The study focused on undergraduates in Nigerian universities. Three hundred students, 100 each from the three universities, were sampled using simple random sampling methods. The analysis of the data reveals a low level of ICT skill and web experience among the students. Nevertheless, there is a high level of Web use that cuts across genders. E-mail, research, and e-payments were the major reasons for Web use.
