Abstract
The concept of literacy plays the most significant role in healthy and all round development of a nation. This study articulates the public library infrastructure for adult literacy initiative in Delhi. This study covers almost all public libraries in Delhi operate by the government, private body and NGOs. It vividly addresses the reading habits, collection strength and service facilities offered to the adult users.
