Abstract
The study applied Lotka’s law of the author’s productivity in the field Thermodynamic from 2015 to 2019. The Goodness of fit test Kolmogorov – Smirnov (K-S) test was applied to the data of thermodynamics research. It is found that the applicability of Lotka’s law is confirmed with 0.003 level of significance in the field of Thermodynamics. Bur Lotka’s inverse square law does not fit the present data. The study found that the most productive author is ‘Wang, J.’ with 159 articles, and the most productive journal is ‘Journal of Molecular Liquids’ with 547 published articles in Thermodynamics. The study reveals that maximum countries show international collaboration trends.
