Abstract
The library is a growing organism it requires highly skilled and experienced library and information science (LIS) professionals to fulfill requires of the user and for information management. It is also very essential for the professionals to satisfy their own requirements because only satisfied professionals can give new services to the end user. In this research paper, we explore the different literature related to the job satisfaction of Library and Information Science professionals and highlighted essential information. This study examines that to the Library and Information Science professionals’ literature and practice in the following techniques, this study provides new awareness concerning the job satisfaction factors of library Science professionals and the new information may help library and information managers to develop useful managerial approaches.
