Abstract
This paper studies the Internet as an information source for research scholars and PG students of the Science faculty, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India. A structured questionnaire is distributed to the research scholars and the PG students of Science Faculty, AMU. The study shows Internet-based information sources are more useful than print sources. This study also indicates the Internet is most satisfactory source of information. There are many related studies on the use of Internet but this study is the first of its kind within the specific user community and specific geographical area.
