Abstract

The study focused on participative management and effective communication as predictors of job performance of library staff in Federal Universities in South-East Geo-political Zone of Nigeria. Two research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. Correlation research design which involved simple linear method was adopted for the study. The population of the study is 332 library staff. Using total enumeration sampling technique, the entire population was adopted as sample for the study.
