Abstract
The study examines and explores the websites of 20 private engineering colleges in North India through a webometric analysis. The data have collected through the Google search engine. Webometrics is a tool for measuring the impact of the web. This study investigates the domain systems of the websites, analysis the number of web pages and link pages, and calculates the internal and external links. The result found that the Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani with 65 (7.20%), ranks first with the highest Domain Authority, and Amity University Noida leads with the highest Page Authority of 84 (7.22%). Amity University Noida scored the highest total links, with 799 (14.34%).
