The fundamental task of the Nebraska LTAP (Local Technical Assistance Program) is to provide training, or partner with other agencies in providing training, in a wide variety of transportation related areas. Programs are conducted by NE LTAP at various locations throughout Nebraska, and Professional Development Hours may be available for certain programs. Training workshops cover a wide range of needs and issues that are common to local governments.

Nebraska LTAP's mission is to enhance the skills of local and state transportation professionals in providing a safe, efficient, environmentally sound transportation system in Nebraska.
