Abstract

The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy has invested over $3 million to reach Native-specific audiences with anti-drug messages. They have launched a national media campaign using radio and print ads. This campaign is in response to new statistics that show that drug use among Native youth is rising despite overall reductions by U.S. youth in general. Guests include Jennifer Bishop with the National Youth & Drug Media Campaign.
