Native American farmers and ranchers are suing the United States Department of Agriculture alleging that they are being discriminated against. Can Native farming and ranching survive in the new millennium? Invited guests include Tex Hall of the Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota and Attorney Alex Dires.
