Abstract
Immigrants want nothing but the best, not only for themselves, but for their families. Immigrants are those who choose to take the greatest risks and put their sweat and tears into everything they do because they keep reaching for the happy ending, instead of worrying about the obstacles that come with immigrating.
In the United States the true definition that government gives an immigrant is: “An alien who has been granted the right by United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) to reside permanently in the United States and to work without restrictions in the United States.”
Immigrants struggle with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), deportation, finding occupations, learning and adapting to language as well as other barriers. While immigrants confront these obstacles they still wait the long process to residency.
