Abstract
-"Movie Star named in Magazine Inquiry"
-Robert Kennedy had a romantic affair with Marilyn Monroe; He promised to divorce his wife to marry Monroe, however she realized that "Bobby" had no intention of marrying her.
- Monroe was dropped from her contract with 50th Century Fox due to her unreliability, being late for set, etc. They were also experiencing financial difficulties due to the expenditures caused in filming "Cleopatra."
- Monroe called Kennedy to tell him the news of her contract being canceled and he told her he would take care of everything. When nothing was done, she called him again and threatened to disclose their affair.
-Marilyn Monroe died on March 4, 1962 from a drug overdose. It was ruled a suicide.
