Biological Process Development Facility: Staff Publications
The BPDF, part of the College of Engineering at the University of Nebraska, develops vaccines and biotherapeutics derived from recombinant yeast and bacterial expression systems under current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices. Capabilities range from process research, development, and cGMP manufacturing of vaccines against biological warfare agents to assisting small and large biopharma companies in bringing biotherapeutics to clinical trials.
