Abstract

Because of the current interest in the structure and reactivity of coordinatively unsaturated metallocenes and the formally analogous metallofulvalene derivatives, we wish to report our initial synthetic, physical, and X-ray structural studies of the bis( fulva1ene)divanadium system.
