Food Processing Center: Reports

Established in 1983, the Food Processing Center is a multi-disciplinary resource which offers both technical and business development services under one roof. This combination is rare in the food industry, and enables us to meet the needs of our diverse clients including manufacturers, entrepreneurs, suppliers, distributors, associations, retailers, and food service providers. When a project requires specialized expertise, we can interact with the University of Nebraska’s Food Science faculty and other University departments. The role of the Food Processing Center is to enhance value throughout the process, from idea through ongoing market support. We accomplish this by providing a wide variety of customized services, all delivered in a confidential, price-competitive and timely manner.
