Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic posed a unique challenge for coaches and athletes around the world that were no longer able to meet in-person. As a company aimed at providing athletes tools and videos to prepare for competition, this “extended off-season” quickly became an issue to be addressed by Hudl. The 2020-21 Hudl Design Studio team was given a special opportunity to work at the forefront of Hudl’s endeavors in tackling this problem. The goal of this Design Studio project was to re-think what it means to collaborate via video to help teams use Hudl’s platform to connect, engage, and develop, even if these teams can’t be in the same physical location.
