Abstract
Non-profit organizations are encouraged to take advantage of advanced technology and improve their operations. Data science and sophisticated operations are essential to better decision-making. The Connection Point Pantry website is used in this case study to demonstrate how technological advancement can be used to digitalize and reduce workload in non-profit organizations. In the thesis, I discuss how the website I developed improved the pantry's operation and how it could be expanded and used by other organizations.
