Abstract

This project addressed the need for Financial Service Officers (FSO’s) to have a system to discover and visualize real-time Customer Operation relationships across the Farm Credit Services of America (FCSA) customer base through the connection of a variety of datasets within the FCSA data cloud platform. Insights gained through this tool could be used through a variety of ways such as identifying marketing and risk insights (ownership, debt exposure, etc). This capability will allow FSO’s to make informed decisions about how to support each customer while growing Farm Credit’s business.
