Abstract
The Nelnet Design Studio team was tasked with creating a job connection platform, ProPair, specifically to connect recently displaced jobseekers and company representatives seeking specialized talent. This application intends to add more efficiency and empathy to the current outplacement process. Through this innovative platform, the team aimed to create a more efficient, personable, and cost-effective solution for the modern workforce.
