Abstract

This study examines the effects of knowledge sharing on information service innovation (ISI), among the information professionals of Bangladesh. It also determines the manner of reconceived knowledge sharing to produce greater desirable ISI outcomes. It collected data from 414 information professionals of Bangladesh who were working in academic libraries or Information Centers (IC). The study fills the literature gap in knowledge sharing of information professionals of ISI in the library arena. Hence, it makes invaluable contributions to the scanty literature on knowledge sharing, ISI in Bangladesh, as its analysis the contributions of library professionals or stakeholders of IC. The findings of the study could be beneficial to ISI providers, library professionals and researchers.
