Dr. Stevens is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology and a core faculty member of the Center for Brain, Biology and Behavior. His research integrates cognitive and evolutionary perspectives to study decision making in humans and other animals. He directs the Adaptive Decision Making Lab and the Canine Cognition and Human Interaction Lab. He was founding editor-in-chief of Frontiers in Comparative Psychology and is now an associate editor of Animal Behavior and Cognition.
