A supervisor from Hamilton County, Ohio, who participated in Coach Ohio (the multi-county workforce intervention that provided resiliency and supportive supervision training in partnership with the QIC-WD) shares her experience in this video. She discusses how she received supportive supervision coaching, learned strategies to help workers be resilient, and customized her approach to supervising workers as a result of Coach Ohio.
