Abstract
The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services created prevention teams as part of the job redesign conducted in partnership with the QIC-WD. The goal of the prevention teams is to work with families who need support but may not need further involvement with child protective services. Workers describe their new roles as part of a prevention team in this video.
