An evening outreach & public engagement event in the Railyard in downtown Lincoln that will provide opportunities to engage the general public with science and scientists in ways that may challenge their stereotypes about who scientists are, how science is done, and why basic research is valuable.
Saturday, September 24th – A Science Communication Symposium
A day of talks, panel discussions, break-out sessions, and opportunities for networking with colleagues from across the Midwest and around the country. Keynote from TED speaker Melissa Marshall.
