Abstract
Of the hundreds of questions that are being discussed today in relation to revision of state and national constitutions, three have been selected for extensive treatment. In the first of three topical articles, an exhaustive analysis of the development and relation of labor and labor law to the Nebraska Constitution is provided by John Gradwohl, associate professor of law, University of Nebraska.
