Abstract
This article discusses the various judicial interpretations of the omnibus clause. Special emphasis is given to Nebraska law as affected by the recent Nebraska Supreme Court decisions in Protective Fire & Cas. Co. v. Cornelius and Metcalf v. Hartford Acc. & Indem. Co.
