Abstract
This Note analyzes the Nebraska lottery laws as they now stand in light of the State v. City Betterment Corp. decision and the recent attorney general's opinion on punchboards. Although the new Nebraska Criminal Code changes some of the gambling statutes, the sections pertinent to this Note remain virtually unchanged.
