Abstract
Discussing our law and legal system with lawyers from a different legal culture can be a rewarding experience. The process of explaining and having to respond to questions about our legal system can be thought-provoking, and the sharpness of the criticisms sometimes adds a dimension of difficulty. This article is a transcript of a conversation that takes place between the author and several Martian lawyers at the annual convention of the Bar Association of the Planet Mars, which was held in the United States. The topic is the 11th Amendment.
