Abstract
This article contains the author’s personal thoughts and opinions as attorney for the Zuni School District in the litigation over capital improvement funding in New Mexico. Zuni initiated the litigation. The litigation was also joined by the Grants-Cibola School District and the Gallup-McKinley Independent School District.
