People of Color in Predominantly White Institutions is an interdisciplinary national conference that explores a wide range of issues facing people of color in academic settings. Now in its tenth year, the program features nationally known keynote speakers and invited plenary sessions, more than 40 concurrent sessions, workshops and panel discussions, luncheons, receptions and other opportunities for networking and dialogue. The conference has earned the reputation as being one of the best of its kind in the country and has won local, regional and national awards for exemplary programming.
